Evidence Summaries

This section is designed to provide an accessible overview of the current evidence in relation to the psychological therapies and interventions which offer best outcomes for a range of presentations and difficulties. The topics are arranged across 4 categories. The traditional focus of The Matrix has been mental health difficulties, and this is where the primary focus will lie in the initial review. The topic summaries for mental health difficulties take a lifespan approach and follow the diagnostic categories in ICD-11. They represent some of the most common diagnoses presenting to services but are not exhaustive.*
